<li>Comprehensive NOAA nautical chart coverage, including depths, for all U.S. coastal areas, the Great Lakes, major U.S. river systems, Brazil, and global high-level nautical charts. These charts are automatically updated based on NOAA chart corrections.</li>
<li>Effortless creation of waypoints and routes with a single touch. Whether you prefer planning routes at home or creating them while at sea, it's equally easy to do so with PRO CHARTS™. Simply touch the screen to add new waypoints and routes.</li>
<li>Buddy-tracking feature that allows you to locate and meet up with your friends on the water. If you want privacy while on your secret spot, you can hide your location with just a touch of a button.</li>
<li>Enhanced safety features include the ability to create and send a Float Plan of your trip to a friend or family member. In cases of emergency, your Float Plan and location history can be forwarded to search and rescue personnel.</li>
<li>Intuitive point-and-steer navigation using the large on-screen compass and red heading bug. The app directs you to the next point on your route, making navigation as simple as pointing your boat in the direction indicated by the heading bug.</li>
<li>No internet connection? No problem! PRO CHARTS™ is designed to function without network access. You can download the necessary charts in advance with a single touch of a button.</li>
<li>Real-time tracking of your position, allowing you to review your track history later on.</li>
<li>Fully indexed point of interest (POI) database that includes weather information, aids to navigation (markers and lights), obstructions, tides, currents, and even the location of your buddies.</li>

<li>Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.</li>
<li>Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.</li>
<li>You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the current subscription rate and for the same duration as your previous subscription.</li>
<li>You can manage your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the Apple Settings app after purchase.</li>
<li>No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period. This does not affect your statutory rights.</li>
<li>If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.</li>

<p>Please be aware that continuous use of GPS in the background may significantly reduce battery life. Although PRO CHARTS™ functions as a chart reader without GPS, a GPS-enabled device is required for point-to-point navigation. Third-party Bluetooth GPS units are available to enable GPS for iOS devices, such as WiFi-only iPads, that do not come with a built-in GPS receiver. To use the charts offline, they must be pre-cached while connected to the internet. Once downloaded, the charts will be available for offline use.</p>
